This is sheer disrespect to the achievers. Dean Nattu is the loved one by all the students for his responsiveness, responsibility and the ability. Having such a person who can aptly called the King be dethroned shows me one more reason to hate BITS administration. Not sure what circumstances have led to this(as I'm an alumni now) but still this is a bad move.
I would have been very happy if Dean Nattu has been upgraded to the Placement Division. It has become worse under the guidance of u know who!!! Nattu with his contacts can sure make it live upto its ability.
So here's the cry!!
Nattu for Placements! Nattu for Placements! Nattu for Placements!
Actually, I think it does matter for us- students. If the leader is not given the right position, obviously the loss is not for the leader.Instead its the loss to the followers. We want you in placements coz we are selfish. And we want us to benefit from ur being as the Dean for placements.

@BR : Sir, my staying on in BITS at what is considered the peak of my career should be proof enough that I champion causes much more than freedom of expression.
Two years ago, I was in a position not very dissimilar from yours. It was humiliating to say the least - I really don't want to get into the details.
You have an entire community rallying behind you. I didn't.
I stayed on in BITS still when the easiest solution would be to move out - and I really can move out at any point I want to.
That Sir, was my way of saying that I cared for this institution and would not be put off by a few bad eggs.

Hi, I am Vignesh. At present, working as a Senior Software Engineer at SAP Labs. If I were to recall my first year at Pilani I am happy I did not leave campus or do something ghastly out of humiliation caused by ragging and demotivating words that were directed at me just because I came to Pilani for ET.... I fondly remember with gratitude the encouraging support which Natarajan Sir gave not only me , but also a lot of other students who are what they are now due to those faith giving words of warmth. I am an alum now...I do not know what is going on in campus, but it pains when a man of such integrity is dealt like this.... I hope this ends up with something sweet like given placement cell to Nattu Sir.. Sir, I owe a lot to you. Thank You..

Well, I'd just say its time that BITS makes the right choices at who gets what job and who doesn't. If they don't, its still not too late! As your latest blog post says 'Embrace the negativity' and go ahead doing your job! There is no better way to prove your worth than to continue doing what you are best at.

The concern I had for off campus (even after what you all call as unceremoniusly removed as Dean) should have been evident from my request to Anurup to change his expansion of DLPD as Degree Lo Paise Doh division to work integrated learning programmes division (WILPD). That is the meaning of three decades of Mission with Passion. I have no doubt that I had done a good job for WILPD, a good job for alumni, a good job as PR Man to the extent junta thought that I am PR Natarajan and not BR Natarajan and above a all decent respect from students and faculty, non teaching staff and even local community as a good teacher and good human being. I am not worried about what I am going to do but what worries me is what I should not do.I need no body's sympathy because its my battle. I let me repeat is just not a one man army but army navy airforce and BSF all put together.
No one can replace nattu. Empowering few people on the campus and De-recognizing the achievers, is the biggest mistake done by KM and LKM.......and their group
Throwing out the hard working and great achiever BR Natrajan and Suman Kapur those who have done a lot for BITS and are popular not only among the students but also among BITSAA
Both have great potential and credentials....and both of them have proved it. They have achieved the popularity by their hard work and devoting time.........
KM and LKM have not only vanished the WILP but also the good research from bits campus..............
this is not healthy for both which is my Favorite.
